Digital printing line

Continuous digital printing system on metal coil

[ industrial inkjet technology for direct decoration on strip ]

Print precision, UV curing and fully automated in-line integration

The Barni digital printing line is an advanced system designed to print directly onto coils of metal material, continuously and automatically.

The process begins with the loading of the pre-painted material coil, which is fed and passed through the digital printing system. This technology makes it possible to apply images, text, colours or complex patterns with high precision and quality, without the need for traditional plates or dies. This makes the process highly flexible and ideal for on-demand or short-run production.

Once printing is complete, the material is rewound into a coil and is ready to be used or shipped. The line also includes drying systems with UV technology, to ensure that the print adheres perfectly and lasts over time.

In short, a coil-to-coil digital printing line is ideal for companies that want to customise products, reduce production times and maintain high print quality, all continuously and automatically.

The Barni line delivers a sustainable, customised finish for interior and exterior design applications.

Examples of fields of application

  • Product customisation: allows personalised designs, logos or text to be added to metal components such as panels, sections or accessories, making them unique and recognisable.
  • Automotive industry: uses digital printing to decorate or label metal alloy parts, such as interior panels, body parts or engine components, with high precision and durability.
  • Furniture and design: applies decorative motifs, patterns or customised finishes to metal alloy elements such as handles, frames or furniture surfaces.
  • Packaging and branding: prints directly onto metal alloys used for luxury packaging, bottles or design objects, creating high-impact visual effects.
  • Art and design objects: makes it possible to create works of art, sculptures or design objects with complex detail and vivid colours, thanks to high-quality digital printing.
  • Electronics and hi-tech sector: applies labels, QR codes or decorative elements to metal alloy components, also improving traceability and appearance. In general, this technology makes it possible to achieve high-quality prints on complex or irregularly shaped metal surfaces, with great flexibility and speed.
